4. 参加申し込み方法およびWeb入力のお願い
Registration Information
- Web申し込みは準備ができ次第、受付開始予定です。Web申し込みの準備が出来次第、会員の皆様にはメールにてお知らせ致します。
- お申し込み後に送信される登録受付完了メールに記載の「お申し込み内容の詳細」ページより振込金額がご確認いただけます。メールを受信後 1週間以内に郵便局に備え付けの振替用紙をご使用になり諸費用をお納めください。 参加費の受領をもって、参加申し込みの受付完了とさせていただきます。一度お振り込みいただいた参加費は返金することはできませんので、ご了承ください。
- お振込の際、備考欄に「RG○○○○」と記載の参加登録番号、所属、氏名を必ずご記入ください。インターネットバンキングをご使用の場合にも、備考欄に参加登録番号、所属、氏名をできるだけ記載して下さい。

6. 自由研究発表形式
Types of Presentations
自由研究発表の方法は、個人発表、共同発表、ポスターセッション、ケース/パネル発表の4種類です。発表の申請にあたっては、下記の要領に従って、最も適当と思われる形式を選んで大会ホームページからお申し込み下さい。
ただし、準備委員会で調整させていただくことがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。また、発表の複数申し込みは可能ですが、その場合、2つまでとし、筆頭発表者となるものは1つまでとしてください。
優秀発表賞の対象となるのは「個人研究の個人発表」のみです。また、発表申込の際、審査対象となるかどうかも選択できます。
- 本大会の発表申込システムでは、共同発表者、司会者、ディスカッサントは、本学会の会員でかつ大会に参加申込をされた方のみ選択できる仕様となっております。
発表申込される方は自身のシステムでの発表申込の前に、共同発表者他が参加登録を済ませている事を確認してください。大会の口頭発表資料について
発表後の議論活性化のために、可能な限り発表資料をご用意ください。配布資料は紙媒体でも電子媒体でも構いませんが、紙媒体の場合には30部程度ご用意ください。 - 英語での研究発表について
発表資格は日本語での発表と同様に会員のみとします。
会員が行う国際共同研究の発表を促進するため、共同発表とケース/パネル発表に限り、非会員による英語の発表を認めます。
6-1. 日本語セッション
- (A) 個人発表：
- 一つの発表全体の持ち時間は30分で、発表20分、質疑応答を10分とします。個人発表には「個人研究の個人発表」と「共同研究の個人発表」があります。
「個人研究の個人発表」とは、1人で行った研究を1人で発表する形式のものです。「共同研究の個人発表」とは、複数の共同研究者が行った研究を代表して、1人が発表する形式のものです。いずれにせよ「個人発表」とは1人で発表する形式のものであり、「共同研究の個人発表」であっても、抄録原稿のタイトル下の発表者の箇所には、発表者1人のお名前しか記載できません。但し、抄録原稿の最後に「註」として共同研究者のお名前を記載することは可能です。なお、「共同研究の個人発表」の場合には、事前に共同研究者の承諾を得るとともに、抄録原稿の最後に「註」として「共同研究の個人発表」である旨を必ず明記してください。 - (B) 共同発表：
- 2名以上で発表していただきます。一つの発表全体の持ち時間は60分で、発表40分、質疑応答を20分とします。なお、共同発表者として登録できるのは、1会員1発表までとします。
同じグループでの同一の研究を、テーマを分割して60分以上発表されるなどの場合には、お申し込みの時点で発表形式についてご相談することがあります。 - (C) ポスターセッション：
- 発表者が掲示スペースにポスター掲示を行い、説明と質疑応答をお願いします。掲示形式等については、後日、発表希望者宛にお知らせします。
- (D) ケース/パネル発表：
- 詳細なケース発表、グループによる共同発表など、ディスカッションを重視する発表に適しています。一つの発表の持ち時間は1時間30分で、発表は50分以内、ディスカッションには40分程度を充ててください。なお、司会者についても、名前・所属・連絡先を記入してください（準備委員会から連絡するのに必要です）。
6-2. English Sessions
- (A) Individual Paper Presentations
- There are two types of individual presentations: 1) Individual research paper presentation, and 2) individual presentation of a joint research paper. The total length of presentation is 30 minutes (20-minute presentation and 10-minute Q&A). Details are as follows:
- 1) Individual research paper presentation based on studies conducted by one person.
- Presenters who give individual paper presentations of their individual research are eligible for Outstanding Presentation Award. For details, see the section on Outstanding Presentation Award in this document.
- Postgraduate students are invited to receive feedback from the IESJ Global Engagement Committee on the structure, content and delivery of their presentations to prepare for future presentations at international conferences. Oral feedback will be provided on an individual basis during the session. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please indicate your intention in the application form.
- 2) Individual presentation of a joint research paper refers to a presentation given by one person on a study conducted with co-researcher(s). Only one presenter's name will be indicated in the presenter's section under the title of the abstract. However, the name of the co-researcher(s) may be included as a "Note" at the end of the abstract. Please obtain prior permission from your co-researcher(s) and clearly indicate that the presentation is based on joint research in the "Note" at the end of the abstract.
- (B) Group Presentations
- Two or more presenters will give a presentation. IESJ Members can register for only one group presentation. The total length of presentation is 60 minutes (40-minute presentation and 20- minute Q&A).
- (C) Poster Presentations
- Presenters will display their posters in the space provided. They will also have time to explain and answer questions. The format of the poster will be announced to those who wish to present after their applications have been accepted.
- (D) Case/Panel Presentations
- Case/Panel Presentations provide time for discussion based on a detailed case presentation or collaborative group research. The total length of presentation is 90 minutes, with a maximum of 50 minutes for the presentation and 40 minutes for discussion. Please provide the name, affiliation, and contact information of the moderator when applying.
7. 発表資格 Eligibility for Presentations
7-1. 日本語セッション
以下の3点を発表資格とします。
- 大会参加を前提とする。（連名者含む）
- 発表申し込み時点で2023年度の会費納入済みの会員であること。
- 異文化間教育学会倫理綱領を読み、内容を確認していること。
7-2. English Sessions
Presenters must be a member of the Intercultural Education Society of Japan (IESJ) at the time of application. Non-members can be co-presenters of the Group Presentations and Case/Panel Presentations to promote the IESJ members' international collaborative research. Only co-presenters based outside Japan are allowed to present their work online.
All presenters must refer to the “Code of Ethics for the Intercultural Education Society of Japan” and abide by it.
8. 抄録原稿の投稿方法 Abstract Submission
Web申し込みは準備ができ次第、受付開始予定です。Web申し込みの準備が出来次第、会員の皆様にはメールにてお知らせ致します。
投稿はファイルのアップロード方式です。ログイン前に、原稿ファイルをご用意ください。
原稿の作成には、原稿作成要項をご参照の上、作成してください。また、大会のホームページより原稿書式およびテンプレートをダウンロードしていただけます。
抄録原稿の投稿は発表参加申し込みと同時に受け付けることもできます。
抄録原稿の投稿の締め切りは、2024年3月29日(金)です。
