異文化間教育学会事務局
異文化間教育学会では、若手研究者支援の一環として、下記の条件を満たす年次大会発表者を対象に大会参加費の免除（返金）を行うことにいたしました。
- 条件：
- 大学院博士課程（前期課程、又は後期課程）在籍の学生会員であり、大会発表時に常勤職にない者（任期付き教員および特任等は常勤職とみなします）。
個人発表（個人研究の個人発表・共同研究の個人発表）を行うこと（共同発表は含みません）。
所属大学や機関等で研究費補助のある場合は対象外。
上記の全てを満たす者 - 方法：
- 該当者は、個人発表申込時に学生会員発表奨励事業に応募する旨を登録してください。
該当者は、大会発表の申し込み時に参加費3,000円を払い込んでください。
学会事務局は、該当者の申請に基づき上記の条件を確認します。 - 返金方法：
- 払い込まれた参加費は、学会事務局の担当者が会期当日に返金いたします。該当者は事務局控室までお越しください。
- 注意：
- 本事業は自己申告制です。申込時に申請がない場合は該当者でも対象となりません。また、返金の受取も上記方法に則り行いますので、事務局に申告に来ない場合は後日、返金されませんので、注意してください。
The Intercultural Education Society of Japan (IESJ) offers a conference fee waiver (refund) for student presenters who meet all of the following conditions.
- Eligibility:
- Applicants must be student members enrolled in a master’s or doctoral programme who do not hold a full-time position at the time of the conference presentation. (Tenured faculty and specially appointed faculty are considered full-timers and are therefore ineligible.)
Applicants must give individual paper presentations. Joint presentations will not be considered.
Student members who receive a research grant from their institution are not able to apply for the programme. - Application:
- Applicants must indicate that they are applying for the Subsidy Programme for Student Members when applying for a presentation.
Applicants must pay the registration fee of 3,000 yen when they register for the conference presentation.
After the conference registration is completed, the Conference Secretariat will notify the applicants regarding their eligibility for the programme. - Fee waiver (refund):
- The paid registration fee will be refunded by the IESJ Secretariat. The approved applicants must report to the Secretariat Waiting Room during the conference.
- Note:
- This programme is conducted on a self-registration basis. Applicants’ failure to register in the programme at the time of application for the presentation will result in their ineligibility for the conference fee waiver. Reimbursements will be made in accordance with the above procedure. If successful applicants do not report their application to the programme at the Secretariat Waiting Room, they will not receive a refund at a later date.
